March 1 is National Employee Appreciation Day and this year BCBSNM employees acknowledged their colleagues with heartfelt notes of appreciation.  

Over 240 notes were submitted in the month leading up to Employee Appreciation Day and employees participated in an inspirational video where they received and read their notes of appreciation on camera. Reactions ranged from genuine surprise to tearful expressions of gratitude and joy. 

Driven by BCBSNM’s Employee Council, the campaign is a part of the company’s ongoing effort to create a culture of employee engagement and recognition.
