Gold

Gold Plans are for you if you:

  • Have frequent medical needs, like a chronic health condition
  • Have a spouse and children on your plan, or want to expand your family soon
  • Would rather pay more each month for lower bills when you visit the doctor
Silver

Silver Plans are for you if you:

  • Have regular medical needs, like 1 or 2 doctor visits a year
  • Want to pay less each month than you would with a Gold plan
  • Have a spouse and/or children on your plan
Bronze

Bronze Plans are for you if you:

  • Have few medical needs or prescription medications
  • Want to pay less each month for your coverage
  • Are comfortable paying higher out-of-pocket costs

Losing Your Medicaid Plan?

If you're not eligible for your Medicaid plan anymore, you can enroll in a new individual health insurance in New Mexico that continues to meet your health and budget needs.

If you're 64+ and no longer eligible for Medicaid, you may be able to enroll in a Medicare plan.

Essential Services

You'll have coverage for the following care with your individual and family medical insurance; wellness, maternity, newborn and pediatric care, ambulance transport, emergencies, hospitalizations, labs, prescriptions, disease management, behavioral health, chemical dependencies, and rehabilitation

Prescription Drug Coverage

Based on your plan, you will either pay a set amount (copay) or a percentage (coinsurance) of your drug costs after meeting your deductible. Review your 2024 prescription list.

Preventive Care Services

Preventive care can help you avoid future health issues. It includes things like annual check-ups, flu shots and some health screenings. When you get this care in-network, you may not have to pay out-of-pocket costs.
