Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) has engaged Hospital Service Corporation (HSC) to assist with site visits. HSC will be conducting pre-credentialing and other requested on-site provider office visits.
During these site visits, HSC may review certain practice’s policies, processes, and/or performance related to safety, care delivery and record keeping.
HSC will contact the practice to schedule an on-site visit during regular business hours. Prior notice will include information on the nature of the visit and what aspects of the site and/or care processes will be evaluated. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with HSC.
