Membership Message Center
Producers with a Broker role in a client's Blue Access for EmployersSM account can submit messages and attachments via the secure Membership Message Center after logging in to Blue Access for ProducersSM.

Small Group Account Management
The Small Group Account Management team responds to product, renewal and group-level service inquiries. Reach them by phone at 1-800-722-4890 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. MT. When calling, select option 4, then option 1. You can also contact the team via email. 

eSales Request Center
To submit renewals, BPA amendments or group-level changes, log in to BAP, and submit changes via the eSales Request Center tool. Producers must submit paperwork via the secure eSales Request Center Tool in BAP. For questions, send us an email.

Benefit and Claims Questions
Members should call the number on the back of their BCBSNM member ID card. For group-level assistance, producer can email us.
